Responsibilities

· Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods 

· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

· Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

· Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

· Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate

· Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

· Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR 

· Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.

Requirements

· Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

· Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills

· Background or current experience in recruiting for Information Technology is a plus

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

· Attention to detail and organizational skills
